Much will depend on you and your organisation. While this implies a cop out response, what we mean is, rather, what are your needs?
How old is the business?
How many people are you?
Is this your first office?
Do you employ flexible working, and by definition are all associate/ employees working in an office or at home?
A classic questions is frequently, how much budget have you allocated?
What services do you need, (as in internet/ meeting rooms etc)?
When we deal with our clients, these are some of the base questions we consider and ask. We seek to know your business in order to guide your business to the best office outcome at the best rate. Of the 8 options above, in some cases a combination of all can work, and additionally can be imperative, but until someone tells you or looks at your needs from a different angle, you may never think that these options are there.
